Job Description

As a member of the Residential Services team you will fulfill a wide range of duties from trash pickup to snow removal and landscaping duties to general HOA maintenance and customer service. This team is instrumental in facilitating spectacular property and house management services and leaving an impression with our Neighbors and guests. In the winter, it is critical we keep facility pathways, private residential decks and other customer service areas free from snow and ice. This team will function as the foundation for our Residential Services team and make sure all services' offered exceed expectations. The ideal candidate for this position is a reliable hard worker, who can work quickly, maintain a positive attitude under stress and does not mind some heavy lifting and an ever changing work load.

Job Duties

• Weekly pickup of Neighbor Residential trash/waste/recycling per the Neighbor Residential Services program. 
• Responsible for the cultivation and care of the landscaping and grounds surrounding the resort properties and private residences. 
• Plant flowers, mowing, pull weeds, shrubbery trimming, trash removal/pickup, dead fall pickup, wildlife droppings removal, etc.
• Application of grounds care materials (pesticides, fertilizers, etc.) when necessary and within OSHA regulations/ safety. 
• Snow removal of walkways, pathways, decks, ice melt to ensure the safety of Neighbors, employees and guests. 
• General maintenance of HOA common areas: signs, guard rails, retaining walls, etc. 
• General property maintenance services and repairs. 
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks according to a deadline and in an efficient manner. 
• Possess general maintenance skills such as but not limited to: operating small hand tools, operating basic landscaping tools/equipment; familiar with small snow removal equipment, etc. 
• Other duties when necessary such as but not limited to: sweeping/m 

Requirements

• Have a reliable vehicle, Driver’s License and submit a Motor Vehicle Record is preferred 
• Be able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs 
• Available to work early mornings, late nights, weekends and Holidays 
• Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic 
• Excellent verbal and communication skills 
• Execute work quickly and efficiently 
• Ability to work as a team member as well as independently with little supervision 
• Have organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and complete tasks to Supervisors standards 
• Great attitude, positive mindset, and able to adapt to an ever-changing environment 
• Ability to reach, push, pull, lift, carry objects that may be 50 lbs, walk on uneven/slippery terrain, manual dexterity

Working Environment

Work is performed inside and outside. Candidate will be exposed to extreme temperatures (hot &cold), sun and wind exposure, inclement weather (rain, snow, ice), high altitudes (9,000ft ), moving machines/equipment, dust, wet, humid, dry, loud noises, and fumes from chemical conditions and frequent altitude changes.
